I first studied with a Shaman in 2008 in Hawaii with a focus on La'au Lapa'au, traditional healing plants.
I've participated in many healing arts from reflexology to sound healing both for others and for myself.
I continuously take workshops through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies and have completed their Healing Training Program and Two Week Intensive.
I regularly practice shamanic healing methods, and consider it a gift to work with clients. Helping spirits can assist in breaking through barriers holding you back in life. Help is here for you and now is the time to step into your power.
