This session is perfect for those who want to release what no longer serves from your week through extraction and restore yourself for the weekend through empowerment. During the class, you will lay in a comfortable position while I use traditional shamanic tools which include drumming, rattling, and singing while working with helping spirits. You are able to meditate, relax and soak in the shamanic healing. This class is perfect for those who want to close your week with intention returning to yourself centered, calm, and connected.
